Q. Will you list my house on the MLS, or will you actually buy it?
A: Great question. Depending on what option is best for your individual circumstances, we will do what’s best for you (after consulting with you). We are home buyers who buy properties quickly and with cash. We can then repair the home and sell it to another owner or rent it out ourselves.
Q. Do you pay fair price for property?

Q. How do you decide the price of my home?
We’re open to all questions. Our process is simple. We consider the condition of the house, its location, any repairs that are required, as well as the values of similar houses recently sold in the neighborhood. You’ll pay an agent between $3,000 and $6,000 if you sell a $100,000 home.
Agents are a good service for people who can wait six to twelve months to sell, and don’t mind sacrificing some of the sale price for commissions. We’re different in that respect.
